Funding

Economic Plan for the Future.

The Zukunftsprogramm Wirtschaft (ZPW) – a regional development program for economic stimulus in Schleswig-Holstein – includes all key economic and regional-political state-supported funding tools. It is financed by the European Regional Development Fund as well as federal and state funds with the shared objective of improving the regional economic structure. The overall program duration is seven years, from 2007 to 2013. During this period, approximately €750 million will be available to Schleswig-Holstein.

The ZPW consists of four main funding points:

  • Reinforce knowledge and innovation
  • Increase corporate competitive ability
  • Develop business-related infrastructure
  • Develop and reinforce regional potential

Well Advised – from the Initial Concept to Project Approval

The Regionalgeschäftsstelle Südost (RSO) – the southeast regional office – provides consulting and counseling for public funding sources from the initial idea to project approval. This interface between project partners and authorizing bodies as well as ongoing communication ensure that projects can suitably advance the ZPW’s objectives.
